As a service-based business, DigitalSevaa does not offer refunds for any services rendered or payments made. This is because the deliverables, expertise, and resources dedicated to our clients are intangible and cannot be recovered once initiated or completed.
We encourage all clients to thoroughly discuss project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with us before confirming their engagement. Our team is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns within the agreed scope of work.
Cancellation Policy
Service Agreements: Once a project or service agreement has been initiated, it cannot be canceled. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement or proposal provided prior to service initiation.
Recurring Services: For ongoing or recurring services (e.g., monthly retainers), cancellations can only be processed with a 30-day written notice. Any fees due during this notice period will remain payable and non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
